Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information 

All items are handmade to order here in the West Midlands, UK and the order process typically takes 10-15 working days (excluding weekends). Some items have a quicker making process than others so items can be sent out quicker than my standard processing time. I do try my best to accommodate quicker processing time requests so please email, handmadebyalib@gmail.com before ordering to check if this is possible. 

All flower preservation products have a longer processing time of a minimum of 4 weeks. If you are booking this service for a wedding/occasion that is taking place more than 1 month away then please email, handmadebyalib@gmail.com to secure your spot in the production schedule. 

 

International Orders

International orders will be posted via International Standard Royal Mail which does not include tracking information. Or if the total weight of your order is above 250g or amounts to £40 or above then your order will be shipped via Evri Courier and full tracking information is provided. By default, you as the customer are responsible for any taxes or duties on the shipment and these will need to be paid in order to receive your order - DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). I am not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Both Royal Mail and Evri state that deliveries will take a minimum of 7 business days to arrive.

 

UK Orders

For orders amounting to less than £10, they will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (no tracking information is provided), a 24 hour service. Anything above £10, will be sent via Royal Mails 2nd Class Signed For service, which will have tracking information included and is a 24-48 hour service. 

 

Returns

Please bear in mind that every item is handmade by me so imperfections can occur but I do have a 30 day return policy on items that are not personalised.  Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
